Approximately four months after possession, Reid Built will schedule a review meeting to discuss service issues that have developed during your first months in your home.
To expedite this step you should formally document your issues and forward them to your CCC prior to the meeting so repairs can be scheduled at the earliest date possible.
A final service meeting is held one year from the date of possession to address final service concerns
